The foundation stones of this 5 star hotel were laid in the 11th century by the Moors. Later it became a rural property, where sheep and cattle were kept and were olive oil, crops and almonds were gathered. The vestiges of this era, like the widely ramified irrigation system, the old stone walls of the building and its strong wood-beamed ceilings, create a peaceful and inspiring ambiance.
