A historic hotel in Alsace
The Chateau d’Isenbourg is a historic hotel. The existence of the castle has been proven for periods as early as the Merovingian in the 6th century. Back then, the today’s castle hotel Chateau d’Isenbourg belonged to the royal residencies of Austrasien, the eastern part of France. In the Middle Ages, the historic buildings were integrated in the cities defensive system, dominated by the old castle tower. During the French Revolution, the Chateau d’Isenbourg was sold. In 1822, the upper structures of the building was regrettably destroyed. But the Chateau d’Isenbourg is nonetheless a historic hotel sure to fascinate every guest!

Here, the rich experience of chef Didier Lefeuvre, who has worked in three different Michelin-star-awarded restaurants, is mirrored in the culinary works of art served.
