Nice hotel on the outskirts of Pamplona. Evening meal at the restaurant was poor but the rooms were nice and the hotel and grounds themselves were very nice with helpful reception staff. Better advice could have been given on using the local bus into Pamplona as a friend was advised it was the stop over the road when it was in fact 15 minutes walk. This meant a hurried change of plan to use the car and no drinking for the driver. All in all a great , better value alternative to Pamplona hotels with great breakfasts that were good value for money
Very comfortable, great location, excellent service.
The genuine five star hotel in Bilbao: Frank Gehry drew his first sketches of the Guggenheim Museum in one of its rooms.
It has ever since been related to the museum and chosen by every distinguished visitor to the city: from Jane Fonda to the Dalai Lama, along with Gwyneth Paltrow or Lenny Kravitz, have made this hotel their home in Bilbao.
