80%A very good boutique-style hotel. We would return.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly . The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful in respect of requests. The location was an ideal base for our planned sightseeing. While we did not spend much time in the hotel during our visit, its library, balcony, bar and refreshments facilities were a real plus, especially after a long day. A couple of suggestions: there did not seem to be an extractor fan in our bathroom. This is an issue that ought to be addressed. One other minor staff issue: Lisbon is not a easy city to negotiate (especially on a first visit). Clear directions to locations would avoid unnecessary hassle.
