All the rooms, bungalows, and suites in the hotel complex, which is built on a flat hill right by the sea, are made of natural stone and most have a sea view. Some bungalows and luxury suites also have their own pool. 6 restaurants and 3 bars pamper guests with international cuisine and Cretan specialties. The hotel's own “Aura Spa” offers pure relaxation with sauna, whirlpool, heated indoor pool, 4 outdoor pools, massages, beauty treatments and fitness room.
Beach Hotel: From one’s room directly into the sea
The Ikaros Beach, Luxury Resort & Spa | Adults only has its own gently sloping sandy beach, to which there is direct access from the hotel. There are sun loungers, parasols, towels, sanitary facilities, a restaurant and a beach bar on the beach. Many of the rooms and bungalows offer a fantastic view of the crystal clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea. It is 7 km from the hotel to the Star Beach Water Park with various water sports facilities, to which there is a free shuttle service.
Spa Hotel: Aura Spa, sauna and massages
A special highlight of the Ikaros Beach, Luxury Resort & Spa | Adults only is the “Aura Spa”. Here, hydrotherapy and aromatherapy treatments are offered by experienced therapists using specially produced natural essences for facial and body treatments. Luxurious relaxation is provided by the free sauna and various wellness offers such as full-body, Far Eastern or foot reflexology massages. The beauty and hairdressing salon offers beauty and anti-aging treatments, peelings as well as pedicures and manicures. A fitness center with modern sports equipment and the possibility of yoga, Zumba, beach volleyball, water gymnastics and much more rounds off the offer.

The hotel's spacious grounds maintain a private atmosphere and offer the opportunity to spend the day by your own pool. There are also 2 large and 2 smaller outdoor pools with a pool bar and a heated indoor pool. All rooms are double rooms and have either sea or garden views. Bungalows are available in the categories Classic with garden or sea view, Deluxe with garden or sea view and Outdoor Whirlpool. The Junior and Luxury Suites all offer sea views and a private pool. Some rooms and bungalows have either a balcony or a private terrace. The Ikaros Luxury Resort & Spa | Adults only has no fewer than 9 dining establishments within the hotel complex. In the main restaurant, guests can enjoy rich buffets with local and international specialties in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening. The beach restaurant “Ammos” offers light snacks and local specialties, seafood and grilled dishes. In the evening, the stylish à la carte restaurant “Ayeri” opens its doors and offers freshly prepared Mediterranean cuisine with Cretan products and an excellent wine list. The Veranda Restaurant & Bar is an à la carte restaurant with a cosmopolitan mix and match of culinary influences and ingredients from around the world. The Sunset Asian Restaurant with Asian specialties and the En Lefko with Italian cuisine are open from mid-May to mid-October. The “Daedolos” beach bar on the hotel's own beach offers cocktails and entertainment. From 5 pm until after midnight, the Ikaros Lobby Bar is open for night owls. During the day, guests can relax with cool drinks at the Aeolos Pool Bar.

The hotel complex with sandy beach is located on the outskirts of the town and vacation resort of Malia in the large bay of Malia on Crete. The international airport of Heraklion is approx. 33 km from the resort. The complex was built on a slightly elevated hill by the sea, surrounded by water and therefore offers a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea.
