Every little notebook is a one-off, meticulously hand-finished with calligraphy ink and with plenty of space for personal travel memories.

We can of course send you the gift voucher on its own by email.

This is how it works:

• The lucky recipient can select from over 3000 Escapio hotels in 42 countries.
• The recipient’s name appears on the gift voucher, which is then either popped inside the hand-finished travel journal or sent by email ready to be printed off at home.
  
• The gift voucher can be used in all Escapio hotels and is redeemable as long as there are availabilities.
• The gift voucher is valid for one year after being issued.
• If the reservation total comes to less than the voucher’s value, the remaining sum is redundant (remuneration is not possible).Directly at the hotel booked extras are not payable with the voucher



The Escapio hotel gift voucher – at your fingertips

• Buy the Escapio gift voucher by filling out our handy order form online.
• Transfer Escapio the value of the gift voucher and, if applicable, 15 EUR for the travel journal and delivery. If you order the gift voucher to be sent by email, just pay the value of the voucher.
• If you are a company purchasing the gift voucher for your employees (incentive gift), just let us know if your accounts department need an invoice and we’ll be glad to send one.
• The gift voucher will be sent either by post or email within three days of receiving your payment.



Redeeming the gift voucher

Choose one of our Selected Hotels at www.escapio.com. Call Escapio on +49 30 6165 1690 (Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm) to make your booking (redemption is not possible online). Escapio arranges your hotel booking for you (provided there are availabilities). Hand over your Gift Voucher when you check in at the hotel.
