The Hotel L´Avenida is a unique art nouveau building, designed and built by a student of the well known Catalonian architect Antoni Gaudi. Its present owner, Paul Slijper, has had the building renovated extensively and with great attention to detail. The existing structures have been combined with modern design. The uniqueness of the art nouveau building is enhanced by a wonderful choice of colors. The brown, mauve and lilac colors give the Hotel L´Avenida a warm and very inviting atmosphere.

In the Hotel L´Avenida on Majorca you can choose from eight individually designed rooms with countless design highlights. The four double rooms and four suites are distributed on the three floors of the Hotel L´Avenida. The wonderful views over the Tramuntana Mountains can be enjoyed from the second floor. Tasteful color combinations (white, cream, brown, lilac and mauve) give the rooms a warm and trendy atmosphere. All the rooms have flat screen TVs, DVD player and internet access. Worthy of special note at the design hotel L´Avenida are the spacious bathrooms with Philippe Starck fittings and Majorcan natural cosmetics. The bistro, bar and pool have also been stylishly fitted and decorated.

The Hotel L´Avenida has a Bodega bar, where you will also find the wine collection of the boutique hotel. Furthermore there is a very nice bistro in which you can breakfast in the mornings. Lunch is serve alfresco by the pool every day except Sunday.
