The 135 rooms and 28 suites with marble bathrooms are decorated in warm tones and enjoy views of the tropical gardens or the bay. Beach Hotel: Crystal-clear ocean and house reef
The Residence Mauritius is located on its own private beach on the beautiful Belle Mare bay. The sea is shallow and crystal-clear thanks to the offshore reef protecting the beach. Guests staying in the Ocean Front and Ocean View rooms and suites enjoy magnificent views of the turquoise sea and the sunrise. All rooms are decorated in sandy tones and equipped with solid wood furniture constructed from the finest quality natural materials. Comfortable sun beds and umbrellas are available on the beach. All kinds of water sports, including swimming, fishing, diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing and sailing, are possible.
Wellness Hotel: Sanctuary spa and Carita beauty center
The 600 square-meter spa offers special ’Sanctuary’ packages. Asian techniques are combined in a unique way with the revolutionary beauty rituals of Carita’s Beauty. Guests are pampered with a range of Asian, full-body and relaxation massages, as well as yoga and Reiki-based rituals. The spa features a total of 8 treatment rooms. A separate spa pavilion can be found surrounded by tropical gardens on the edge of the lagoon. There is also a beauty and hairdressing salon. The sauna, steam room and 180 square-meter outdoor pool are all free to use.
5 Star Hotel: Elegant colonial style and flawless service
The spacious rooms and suites are decorated in simple but elegant colonial style and exude class. All rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace, marble bathrooms, a dressing table, up-to-date electronic equipment, and coffee and tea making facilities. At lunchtime, poolside ’The Verandah’ serves light meals, salads, toasted sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas and homemade ice cream. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea or a special cocktail, local rum or beer in the evening accompanied by live music in the classic ambience of ’The Bar’. All meals can also be taken in the privacy of the room or on your private porch on request.
