Rooms at Parkhotel Schachen features lovely views of the Dolomites and St Johann, which is just walking distance away. Most come with balconies and all have satellite TV as well as modern yet cosy furnishings.

The Parkhotel Wellness Centre is home to an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna and a relaxation room, all of which you can use free of charge. You can also enjoy sunbathing out in the gardens, while the kids play in the large playground provided. There is also an indoor playroom.

In summer Parkhotel Schachen organises barbecues on the terrace and the hotel also has 2 taverns and a restaurant. Weekly themed evenings are held and all meals are made with quality local ingredients.

Breakfast is a healthy sweet and savoury buffet which also features organic products.

Guided hikes leave from St Johann and Parkhotel Schachen runs free shuttle buses to the Klausberg and Speikboden ski areas. You can also book guided mountain excursions and rent skis.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Up to two children from 3 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Up to two children from 12 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Up to two older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
