The hotel Mezzatorre Resort & Spa is open from April to October and offers every guest in this time span an unforgettable experience. The 70000 inhabitants of this island, which was created by volcanoes, can call a true dream island their home - a historic place with beautiful landscapes, antique architecture and a rich flora and fauna. Particularly interesting is the Castello Aragonese in Ischia Ponte. This castle is located on a rock right in front of the coast of the island and offers a magnificent garden with olive trees, oleander, cacti and many more plants besides a fascinating history, of course. The volcanic origin of the island has lead to several therapeutic baths, in which guests can relax and rejuvenate.

The heated swimming pool located outside is filled with sea water and offers a magnificent view on the hotels own bay, in which you will find the exclusive, private beach of the Mezzatorre Resort & Spa. In addition, you can swing your racket on one of the tennis courts or improve your fitness at the fitness centre, and, of course, there are many water sports activities offered on Ischia.

Ischia is connected to the main land through a efficient system of ferries and hydrofoils. It is therefore no problem, to go on a trip to the main land. Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri are all within easy reach. But even on the island, there is much to discover. Half a dozen small villages offer you an insight on the Mediterranean way of life.
