The Andalusia building with the white and ochre-colored façade, which houses the boutique hotel today, was presented by the king of Castile, Fernando II., to the king of Baeza as a gift in the 19th century, where the name of the 4 star hotel (“House of the King of Baeza”) has its origins. The structure, rich in tradition and history, with its authentic furnishing enchants every guest and takes him on a trip backward through time into the Golden Age of Spain (1550 - 1650). The city hotel is the only hotel in Seville with a swimming pool, which is located on the rooftop and offers an unforgettable view upon Seville. The three inner courtyards of the hotel offer tranquility and lush green through the plants placed here and will let you relax.

The rooms of the 4 star hotel continue the trip into history. The design hotel has 36 double rooms and five suites. The preserved authentic architecture is mirrored by the design and furniture of the rooms: Wrought-iron furniture, dark wooden floors and stylish design combine to create a fascinating symbiosis of elegance, style, authenticity and a whiff of luxury. Almost every room has a balcony toward one of the three inner courtyards. The marbled bathrooms impress through their plain elegance and are equipped with dryer and bathrobes. The suites of the hotel include flat screen television and DVD-player. Furthermore the Seville hotel has a small collection of DVDs and CDs at your disposal.
