Most of the hotel´s 62 rooms and suites are thematically designed, using props, special furniture, color and lighting to create a unique ambience. The restaurant is also extraordinary, offering modern dining in a charming historical setting with preserved brick walls and high ceilings. It is a spectacular space for large family celebrations. The Landhotel Beverland makes every holiday complete by also having a small wellness area which includes a Finnish sauna.
A 4 Star Hotel: Modern comfort and personal service
Guests can enjoy the best of modern day comforts in the hotel´s historical ambience. The spacious rooms may have varied themes, but they are all equipped with the same amenities such as satellite TV, wireless internet, iron and ironing board and a private kettle. The hotel is very accommodating and has a service staff who are extremely attentive to guests´ special needs. The staff also honours different types of special requests, such as serving breakfast directly in the room, or booking candlelight dinner for two.
A Rural Hotel: An historical dairy surrounded by nature
The Landhotel Beverland is set in a restored dairy farm on a quiet side street in the Münsterland region. The serene countryside is characterised by contemplative meadows and pastures dotted with rivers and castles. From most rooms guests have beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Befitting for a rural hotel, the Beverland has a casual, family atmosphere with a friendly service staff. As soon as guests arrive, they are made to feel at home, with staff catering to their needs and requests. This includes what guests may need to accommodate their dogs – which are most welcome at the hotel.
A Boutique Hotel: Imaginative rooms with a range of themes
The hotel is extremely unique in its room and suite décor, with 48 of its 62 rooms being individually designed around different themes which have atmospheres ranging from outlandish, to romantic to cosy. For example, some themes include jungle, sports, farmhouse, knights, Africa and James Bond. Some of the rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, and some spacious enough to host 4 to 6 people (known as the family rooms).
Food & Beverage: À la carte restaurant with great industrial architecture and character
Guests begin their days here with a rich breakfast buffet. The à la carte restaurant "Kaseinwerk" offers a wide selection of regional and international dishes, taking care to include local products. The wine selection is excellent, with the drinks menu offering more than 30 exquisite wines from various international regions. The Kaseinwerk is especially distinguished due to its unique atmosphere. With the building originating from around year 1911, the original exposed brick walls and exposed steel beams of the dairy stand in pleasant contrast to the restaurant´s modern furnishings. This special ambience makes the Kaseinwerk perfect for hosting large events such as weddings and other family celebrations. In 2013, the hotel also opened a Japanese restaurant, "Teppanyaki Siemons, " in which guests sit right along the kitchen, watching the cooks work their magic. The Teppanyaki Siemons has an extraordinary ambience, completed with décor of salt crystals from the Himalayas.
Sports & Recreation: Relaxing spa services and endless sports activities
In the spa area, guests can pamper themselves with massages and various treatments such as manicures or pedicures. Together with the hotel´s Finnish outdoor sauna, these luxury services allow guests to fully indulge in rejuvenation (all services are at extra charge). The surrounding countryside lends itself perfectly to guests wishing to stay active on holiday. Sports options include cycling, walking or skating out in the fresh air, with rental bicycles available directly at the Landhotel Beverland. Further, the 12-hole golf course Ladbergen is located just 13 kilometres away. In the cities of Münster or Osnabrück, guests have plenty of options for shopping, dining or sightseeing - including museums and other attractions in the historic city centres. In Münster, it is highly recommended to visit the Gothic-style town hall and surrounding square and buildings.
Location: Rural environs but within easy reach
Although the hotel is situated in the countryside, guests can easily access it via several transportation options. Firstly, the train station is located directly opposite the hotel, which is located about 34 kilometres from Münster or Osnabrück (both easily reached by train or car). The airport Muenster-Osnabrück is only 16 kilometres away.
