Located in Tuscany close to the coast, this property, formerly the residence of the Grand Duke of Tuscany, comprises 500 hectares surrounded by olive tree planted hills and vineyards. The hotel features 33 rooms including Suites, Junior Suites, De Luxe and Superior rooms all with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The 200 square meter top floor of the villa may be rented as one unit accommodating up to eight persons. On the ground floor are comfortable lounges as well as the kitchen. The reception, another lounge, and the bar are located in a magnificent Florentine glass house. Under the tutelage of Alain Ducasse one of the partners of this project, the restaurant, " La Trattoria Toscana" offers a traditional Tuscan Cuisine and host private functions. Other facilities include a tennis court, golf practice, bikes, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a 9-hole golf course, and a complete spa with all health and beauty treatments as well as a fitness center.General information
