The hotel consists of two stories and provides a pleasing symbiosis of respect for the past and contemporary hospitality. Near the entrance hall, the boutique hotel offers a lovely bar. The very long pool (20 m) is located above the hotel on terrace-steps and offers a magnificent view onto the former mill. And there even is a small amphitheater for concerts!

The hotel is situated in a valley, approximately one kilometer outside the village Radda in Chianti and features a very tranquil and quiet setting amidst a nature park. From here you can discover the beauty of Tuscany: Only a few minutes away you will reach the most famous castles and villages of the Region and even the small town Radda itself is a historic one: The roots from the middle-ages can be seen everywhere: In the small alleys and on the “Camminamento Medievale”. Tuscany is famous for its wines and oils – visit the largest vineyards and oil presses in the immediate surroundings! Even Siena and San Gimignano are only 20 minutes away and a drive to Florence is not much longer. In addition, you can reach outlets of the most famous Italian designers with in 15 to 30 minutes!
Exquisite cuisine at the restaurant
Visit the restaurant of the hotel L’Último Mulino and let yourself be indulged. The restaurant is located on the terrace close to the small river and opens in the evenings. It offers its guests traditional meals from Tuscany from grandmas cookbook together with a good selection of regional wines. Great care is taken with the ingredients and the menu always reflects the current season. On request, almost every meal can be prepared here and if you want to try the famous T-bone-steak, the hotels staff will take you to the butcher so you can pick your own “Fiorentina”. In addition, the hotel will organize private cooking classes with the chef in request. Together, you will prepare a typical meal from Tuscany.
