Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
