Hotel description

Located in the heart of Vienna, in a quiet back street, yet directly at an underground (“Rochusgasse”) stop only 5 minutes away from the historic city centre, the wonderful private and small 4-star Spiess & Spiess boutique hotel can be found. A 2001/2002 carefully remodelled old house (pre 1900) and a new (2013) extension building in an on-site garden feature 21 spacious, elegant and beautiful rooms. All rooms feature air conditioning, heated stoneware floors, a seating area and large bath rooms with bath tubs. Most rooms feature view on the garden and have a balcony. The excellent breakfast, prepared by the senior owner himself and served in a beautiful conservatory in the garden, is always included in the prices.
The hotel received the TripAdvisor Travelers‘ Choice Award 2013, 2014, and 2015 (best B&Bs in Austria).
Since 2014 the hotel is certified allergy friendly according to ECARF-Standards.
