This small historic hotel dates back to the 14th-century. Originally it was a mill, then a tannery and finally a stately summer residence. Situated just outside of Frankfurt, on the banks of the River Main and known for its excellent cuisine, the Gerbermühle is also popular with the locals making a day trip for a delicious lunch or evening meal. But stay overnight and you get the full experience, including the delicious gourmet breakfast served in the fantastic winter garden with great views of the River Main.

Against the backdrop of the historic architecture, which extends into the interior in the form of old columns and beamed ceilings, the minimalist design has a very special appeal. The dining facilities at this small hotel have been as beautifully furnished as the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves mainly German dishes which all come highly recommended.
