Up until a few decades ago, the Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet was a forge at the central plaza of Alcudia. The owners, Tolo and Stephanie, will take care of every guest and provide useful tips!

The hotel consists of 6 rooms, that all offer a lot of peace and coziness. Every rooms features a new concept which harmonizes poetry and the Mediterranean attitude towards life and offers an unique perspective on the past and the present of the Mediterranean sea. All rooms include a double or two single beds, a bathroom with a hydromassage, bath robes, hair-dryers, satellite-TV, CD- and DVD-players, a home entertainment system, high speed internet access through WLAN, mini-bar, safe, telephone, air-conditioning and heating.

Wellness in your room

Health and rejuvenation are corner stones of a new concept of recreation and wellness. Auca Salut Spa, which is located right next to the Ferrer Nou Hotelet, offers many possibilities in the area of face and body care with natural products, for example “La Mer”. You can choose between a short program or one of the longer programs, lasting from 2 to 5 or 7 days. Relax, anti-stress, purification, anti-cellulitis and dietary programs are available. Massages and programs can be performed on your room, if you wish.

Alcudia and the surrounding area

Alcudia is a historic village with a long history: The streets of the town are a mosaic of the different influences the various civilizations around the Mediterranean have left here on this strategically important headland between to bays throughout the centuries. Great little break

"We were staying in a friends flat for just over a week and broke up the week with an overnight stay here. We were highly delighted. Maria was a pleasure to deal with before, and during our stay. The rooms were exactly as pictured. We would have preferred larger pillows but that was the only small criticism. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. The location in Alcudia old town was excellent. All in all well recommended. "

Wonderful stay in Alcudia

"We booked Nou Hotelet for one week in March. This was our first stay in Mallorca, dedicated to do some bicycle rides and to visit the island. Maria, who takes care about the hotel and yet more about its guests, was wonderful! She helped us finding good restaurants, nice places to see and a safe parking place for our bicycles. Breakfast buffet was great and our room was a well decorated mixture of old/authentic and modern. Our stay was perfect, we would love to come back!"

"Our stay at this lovely little hotel was absolutely wonderful. The facilities and design of the room were perfect. The combination of old (walls) and new (design elements) was really successful, even though the aesthetics sometimes got in the way of the practicalities, e.g. not much surface space in the bathroom. Breakfast was very filling and tasty, and available from 9am-11am. We received a really warm welcome and a friendly greeting every day."

"We really liked the style of this hotel. Modern, but in an old building. The breakfast is really good and offers excellent variety. The staff and the owner were very friendly and always quickly resolved problems. Only complaint was that the design of the room seemed to ignore the practicalities, e.g. the space around the wash basin, or the wardrobe door."

"If you want a romantic break in a quiet spot then this is the place. Individually furnished rooms, a great ambiance, nice bathrooms, great breakfast buffet with friendly service, small courtyard with two loungers and sitting areas, in the heart of the old town, attentive, helpful service, mini bar didn't work for the duration of our stay, and the air con didn't really keep us cool. I'd recommend a hire car for exploring the region."
