Architecture
Inside, the guests of the Tuscany 5 Star Hotel Byron can expect the atmosphere of a luxury villa and outdoors it offers a large garden and a swimming pool. The hotel is born out of the union of two villas, built by the Dukes Canevaro of Zaogli at the end of the 19th century. At one stage these villas were reunited and transformed into the hotel, preserving their original characteristics, which recall the atmosphere of an ancient royal home.

The Hotel Byron does not only offer a first class restaurant but also the possibility to participate in cooking classes. Our head chef Mr Andrea Mattei will take you on a journey to discover the secrets of the tuscan art of cooking during the day. The cooking courses will be held in small groups of 6 participants.

Seminars and Meetings
Moreover, the Tuscan hotel offers the possibility of organizing meetings and company events in its two properly equipped rooms, whose capacity ranges from five to thirty-five persons. For these occasions it is possible to arrange coffee break, lunch and dinner thanks to the creativity of the head chef.
