Deposit and Cancellation We require a deposit of £100.00 per room per night at the time of booking. Please note that a reservation constitutes a contract with the hotel. Deposit payments are not refundable if the reservation is cancelled thirty days or less from the date of arrival. An administration fee will be charged on all refunded deposits. If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less from the date of arrival, the cost of the reservation is liable to be paid in full.
