The 4 Star Ski Hotel Rote Wand is located in the Zug district of Lech near Arlberg Mountain. Right at the foot of the Madloch ski-run and in the middle of the Arlberg ski resort in the Alps of Austria.

The owners Josef Walch jun. and his wife Natascha have been working in the hotel business not only since yesterday and they like it. Nothing could be more obvious at the 4 Star Hotel Rote Wand. The Ski Hotel
The Zug mountain railway passes right next to the Rote Wand Ski Hotel and gets you into the Arlberg skiing area. You can roam through the gorgeous mountain landscape of the Austrian Alps on 11 km of cross country slopes. You will find 262 km of carefully prepared downhill ski runs and 180 km of powder snow ski runs. The Ski Hotel is prepared for all the needs that come along with a ski vacation. It is located close to the slopes. The personnel is well experienced regarding everything that has to do with skiing. And you will find a full service ski hire shop in the hotel. But what’s most important - there is always someone friendly close at hand to give you the best tips on the ski pistes, the most original huts and the ultimate Après-Ski hangouts.

In the evening, after having spent an exciting day in the snow you can make use of several facilities: Fitness training, sauna and steam bath, swimming pool, solarium. In the beauty centre you get a wide selection of treatments and massages. Then the first class gourmet restaurant at the Ski Hotel will care for your gastronomic needs. Great hotel but dinner venue options limited

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel service was excellent but: We love cosy evening dinners and the restaurant decor at the hotel is not for evening dinners. Alternative is to have dinner in Lech but late evening transport back to the hotel is very limited. Regards
