4 Star Hotel: Massage beds, showers and modern technology
In each of the 39 rooms of the Eccleston Square Hotel guests will find a handmade king-size bed from Hästens—equipped with an individually adjustable massage system—as well as underfloor heating. The beds are furnished with fine Italian linens from Rivolta Carmignani and sheets suitable for allergy-sufferers. Behind the hi-tech glass doors, which turn from transparent to opaque at the flick of a switch, are rain, massage and high-pressure shower settings. Thanks to a mist-free mirror with integrated LED television, guests can watch the news whilst brushing their teeth. In addition, XXL soft towels and bathrobes are provided. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a selection of fine teas and a fresh bottle of Evian water renewed daily free of charge. The minibar is stocked with carefully selected products. From an iPad 2 provided in each room you can call the 24-hour room service or select DVDs from the film library. Massages can be ordered via the iPad to your own room. At the same time, you can control lighting, temperature, blinds and music on the device. Via a VoIP-touchscreen, you can connect your smart phone to the device and make Skype. Calls within London are free of charge. The hotel’s service also takes care of your post and baggage.
