Romantic: Enchanted castle and absolute peace and quiet
The atmosphere at the Chateau du Colombier has little in common with that of a hotel. Both inside and out, the old Chateau has a character that has been established over centuries. If you like the sound of creaking wooden floors, sitting in cozy upholstered armchairs and strolling around an idyllic garden, then this is the perfect choice for you.
Historic: Flat-screen TVs and marble fireplaces
The old castle has been lovingly restored by its owners whilst still maintaining its sense of nostalgia and history. In the rooms you’ll find furniture and accessories from a variety of different periods: ancient dressing tables, oil paintings and chaise longues, but also modern flat-screen TVs and comfortable beds. The large living room with leather sofas, piano and old fireplace is especially beautiful.
Golf: A quiet round of golf without leaving the hotel
On the grounds of this hotel itself you’ll find a small driving range where you can practice your swing without being disturbed. After a few rounds on your own course, head over to the castle where you’ll be served afternoon coffee, and before long you’ll really feel like the lord of the manor!

The Chateau Hotel du Colombier doesn’t have its own restaurant and therefore offers only breakfast which is served at 9am and promises to set you up well for the day. For lunch and dinner you’ll need to head into nearby Saint-Malo, where you can enjoy the specialties of Brittany in some first-class restaurants.

The hotel has a very quiet location, making it ideal for a hiking trip in the surrounding countryside. After playing golf on the hotel’s own course, you can make the trip out to Saint-Malo, which is famous for its historic city center. Don’t leave without paying a visit to the island abbey of Mont Saint Michel (40km).
