For this reason it offers a wide range of culture, history and architecture: The Romans founded „Pollentia” here 123 BC; from 425 to 455, the city was pillaged repeatedly by Vandals; the Moors reigned from 902 to 1229 until Majorca was finally included into the kingdom of Aragon. Every episode in this rich history has left marks in Alcúdia, making it an exciting place to visit.

The Ca’n Simo is a small and luxurious hotel in a former manor house from the 19th century. The old, Majorcan style building was refurbished to a high standard, combining tradition with modern day luxury.
