The Boutique-Hotel Schlüssel is situated in Beckenried at Lake Lucerne in Switzerland. With an almost 200-year history as a village guesthouse, today it is a modern-romantic hotel with twelve rooms, award-winning cuisine and a great atmosphere. In winter, this small ski hotel boasts all-inclusive offers for a ski vacation in the ski resort of Klewenalp-Stockhütte.

The cuisine
Cooking at the Boutique-Hotel Schlüssel is down to the boss. Whatever is served at your table was either cooked by the host and hunter Daniel Aschwanden-Huber or comes from local farmers. Oh, and by the way, there’s no menu - the manager of this romantic hotel makes personal visits to guests’ tables to make individual menu suggestions.
The Restauratn is open from Wednesday to Sunday, however the guest can have every day their breakfast buffet. Reservations for dinner are neccessary.
