With a mix of Bavarian coziness and fresh design, its 20 guest rooms radiate the perfect atmosphere for a romantic break. The two rooftop suites (on in the main building and another in the garden chalet) are particularly sensual, yet traditional. There, wood, leather and a magnificent view of the greenery set the stage. One of the suites even offers its own small sauna, in addition to a flatscreen TV, couch set and hearth. Relais Chalet Wilhelmy is situated on the southern border of the town Bad Wiessee. All rooms have their own balcony or terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Just 400m away, the shore of Tegernsee Lake invites guests for a stroll. In summer, swimming is an option at the Bad Wiessee cove (800m).

Each day at Chalet Wilhelmy begins with a substantial, delicious breakfast buffet. In the afternoon, home-made cakes and tea or coffee are offered. A daily alternating menu is served for dinner, with four courses all freshly prepared and inspired by French cuisine.
Athletics & Leisure: Hiking, swimming, skiing & sledding
The mountains around the hotel and the nearby Tegernsee offer nature lovers all kinds of destinations for excursions and opportunities for staying active. Via the Wallbergbahn cable car (7 km away), guests can access a spectacular hiking area in the summer. In the winter, this is one of the longest sledding hills in Germany. For alpine skiers and other winter athletes, the Sutten ski area (12 km) is perfect. Cross-country skiers can even access the east trail directly behind the hotel and will find a real cross-country paradise in the nearby area with paths for all tastes and levels. Very close to the hotel there is a natural skating rank for ice skating and curling as a change of pace. An excellent year-round tip is the circular hiking trail around Tegernsee Lake.
