Located right next to the water, this glorious residence once belonged to the highest ranking officer of the Ottoman Empire. Much of this charming city hotel was destroyed by fire in 1983, but, with lots of work, the building was painstakingly and successfully restored according to old plans and drawings. This means that today’s boutique hotel offers a real insight into the finery of bygone eras.
